The EV charging station (EVCS) installed but not yet operational, we're going to need to assign an administrator soon to register the station, set pricing, access, etc. I've been excited to be involved in the solar/EVCS project, though I don't have the capacity to be the administrator of the EVCS on an ongoing basis. So I wanted to bring this to your attention for consideration of who would be appropriate to handle this. If I should send this to Mark or anyone else, please let me know.
Rabbi Lerner, as we've talked about, there are some halachic decisions to be made about when charging can be done, how the fees will be handled, etc., which is why I am including you in this discussion.
I'm happy to stay involved through the EVCS going live, and ensuring all of the financial aspects are resolved -- we are still eligible for a $3,500 grant from MassEVIP, and we will need to collect $4,100 from Resonant Energy per our agreement once we are billed for the charging station from Horizon.
And, as you may all know, Scott Miller made a generous donation to cover years 2-5 of "Commercial Cloud," which is the internet access required by the EVCS. Scott could possibly also be a resource for the administrator with any questions, etc., given that he works for ChargePoint and probably knows exactly how this works.
Please let me know your thoughts, and if you'd like to have a conversation about this at any point.
Thanks very much,
