At Temple Emunah, we believe that every person should be able to participate fully in Jewish life. We are committed to creating a community that is welcoming, inclusive, and accessible to people of all abilities and disabilities.

Building Access
- Accessible entrance with ADA-operated swing doors and push-button access at all building and restroom entrances
- Elevator access to all floors
- Ramp to the bimah in the Main Sanctuary
- Designated accessible parking spaces in the Upper Parking Lot (for High Holy Days, please reserve in advance. There is no charge.)
Seating & Mobility
- Specially marked seating areas for those with wheelchairs and walkers, including spaces that allow individuals using mobility devices to sit alongside family and friends
At Services
Temple Emunah provides these helpful items:
- Braille siddur
- Three-volume, large-print paperback siddur
- Music stands to support your siddur or humash as needed
- Reading glasses — just in case you left your pair at home
- Handheld magnifiers
- Assistive listening devices
- Accessible livestreaming of services and programs via Zoom for those who are unable to attend in person
Sensory Supports
- Earplugs
- Fidget objects for those with sensory needs
Family Accommodations
- Nursing room located just off the Sanctuary
- Changing tables are available in our restrooms.
- High chairs are available for infants and toddlers during community meals and events.
Restrooms
- Individual and gender-neutral accessible bathrooms for those who have a family member or caretaker assisting them, or who use a wheelchair or walker
